At Celtic Wines, we pride ourselves in the quality of our service, delivering across the South and West Wales region from Monday to Friday all year round*.

Our delivery area stretches from Aberystwyth in the north to Chepstow in the east. Delivery is free whether you require one case or one pallet of wine and all done by our own friendly logistics team.

Based in the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire we can deliver locally 5 days a week. Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Cardiff area visited a minimum twice a week and Gwent every Thursday.

We can also organise a courier service if you are based further afield. (Quantities permitting) We will always do our utmost to keep you well stocked with orders taken for the weekend up to 8:00am Friday morning. **

Orders can be placed by calling any member of our team or by an organised telesales call from our office.

We also take orders via email or through your dedicated sales representative.

And new to us you can set up an order via WhatsApp.

Out of hours orders can also be left on our voicemail.

Click and Collect: If it’s more convenient, you can drop in at our Pembroke Dock warehouse, where a warm welcome awaits and collect your order. We’re usually open Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm. Just give us a call and we can have your order ready for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Breakages

We ensure we thoroughly prepare your order for a safe breakage-free delivery. Wherever possible we instruct our drivers not to deliver packages that contain breakages to ensure customer satisfaction. If our driver suspects your package contains breakages it will be returned immediately to our depot where we will send out a replacement as soon as practically possible. Even with the up-most care breakages or orders with missing bottles may still occasionally be received by customers and in this instance please immediately contact us by telephone or email where one of our helpful team will be able to offer immediate help.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

We will require a signature on delivery unless specifically instructed to do otherwise. If you’re not going to be at the delivery address, please consider organising a safe place on your property where the driver can safely leave the delivery.

Iโ€™ve ordered after 8am on Friday, when will I get my order?

Orders placed after 8am on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BANK HOLIDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Orders received on weekends will be processed on the Monday or the following day after a bank holiday and dispatched to you on your next scheduled delivery day. If we can do it sooner, we will.

Can I Visit and buy wine direct from the depot?

Yes, weโ€™re happy to accept visitors if you are in the area. Ideally let us know in advance so that we can ensure a member of the sales team are present to welcome you.
